We are Dani Brown, Frida Giulia Franceschini, and Cathy Walsh, a Berlin-based team of intimacy coordinators and choreographers, friends and collaborators for over a decade. Each of us brings 20 years of experience in movement, performance, and physical storytelling, and together we founded MINT in 2025 to bring a movement-informed, playful, and ethical approach to intimate scenes.
As queer artists and parents, we understand the power of trust, empathy, and clear boundaries.
Our roots in Berlin’s alternative arts scene, combined with international experience, shape a philosophy that blends care, freedom, and daring.
At MINT, we integrate embodied expertise into every project. We support creative teams in approaching intimacy with ease and clarity, adapting seamlessly across stage, screen, and experimental performance — in English, German, and Italian — always honouring the uniqueness of each collaboration.
Values
At MINT, performer safety is paramount.
We never compromise on well-being, there are always creative solutions that honour both story and boundaries.
Preparation equals power
The earlier we’re brought in, the more we can shape outcomes that are strong, risk-aware, and artistically alive.
Artistry matters
Our choreographic lens elevates storytelling, creating movement that is intentional, cinematic, and unforgettable.
Equity is essential
We push the industry toward fairer, more respectful labor practices—on- and off-camera.
Collaboration is the core
We serve the project, uplift the director’s vision, and support every department with clarity and care.
